Price
Each price indication refers to Swedish kronor and includes VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, any customs fees may apply, which will be paid by you.
We reserve the possibility for typographical errors such as Prices, product information, specification, or other errors on the website. In case of any inaccuracies we reserve the right to correct these retrospectively. We also reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders and reserve us for any final sale.
If you are under 18 years of age, you need parental permission to shop with us.

Our payment solutions are offered in cooperation with Klarna. You can pay by direct payment, credit card or by invoice. The expiration time of the invoice is 14 days and you receive the invoice directly from Klarna. You always get a delivery note along with your order.
Shipping and shipping Terms
The goods are sent from us within 2-4 days after confirmed order. The goods are sent by Postnord. You represent the shipping cost, which is automatically calculated and approved by you before an order can be confirmed.
You have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in case of material delay (unless new delivery time is agreed).
We are responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during transportation to you. If the item is damaged or lost, it is your responsibility to inform our customer service at info@peptonicmedical.se As soon as you discover this. You are responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during transportation when returned to us.
Unclaimed Package
For unclaimed Packages We reserve the right to charge 250 KR to cover the administration of this and return shipping. The item is at the Post office in [14 days] before it is returned to us.
For uncollected packages containing non-prescription medicines, the following applies: According to the Medical Products Agency's regulations, returned medicinal products may not be resold or redispatched. Medicines that come in return, or are not collected from agents, must be destroyed by law. We charge you for the cost of medicines in an uncollected or returned package.
Right of withdrawal and return of orphaned medicines
Medicines and hygiene items are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law and therefore cannot be returned. If a medicine is returned, it will be destroyed and charged. The same applies to medicines in uncollected packages that are automatically returned to us, as well as packages with incomplete address that are returned because of this. Submit your leftover medicines to us for safe destruction. The returned medicinal products are transported to approved incineration plants where they are burned at a high temperature so that the medicinal products are completely destroyed. Complaint
You have the right to make a complaint in an ordered product within a reasonable time after you discover or remove the error. In case of any errors, please contact our Customer Support team at info@peptonicmedical.se. Always enter the order number in connection with the complaint. It is also important that you provide as detailed a description as possible of the error. Then the item should be sent to:

Once we have obtained the product we examine it and the Reklamerade error. If the complaint is accepted, we will respond to your shipping costs and any other costs incurred in connection with the complaint. Even if we accept a complaint, you are always obligated to limit your costs as a result of the complaint. It is therefore only justifiable costs that are reimbursed.

Order confirmation and transfer of risk
